Every job is quoted upfront, so you know the price before I start.
If it's a small job around the house, just ask. Shelves, door handles, furniture moves, a gutter-level tidy-up, whatever it is, I'll give you an honest answer about whether it's something I can help with.
Smaller or open-ended jobs can also be done at an hourly rate, currently $50/hr.
It depends on the job. Most jobs get a fixed-price quote once I've seen photos or had a look, and smaller or open-ended jobs can be done at an hourly rate instead. Either way, the price is agreed with you before I start.
I'm around Mon–Fri 7am–5pm. Saturdays are by arrangement, with a small surcharge, quoted upfront.

Yes, for garage and shed clean-outs. Tip fees are included in your quote.
I'm a handyman, not a builder. I take on the jobs around the home that are generally under $3,300 including materials, which covers most odd jobs, repairs and upkeep. For bigger projects, or electrical, plumbing and gas, you need a licensed trade, and I'm happy to recommend someone good.
