Flat-pack and IKEA furniture assembly in Coorparoo
Wardrobes, beds, desks and pre-fab cabinets, built square, level and secure, with the packaging taken away when I'm done.
What I can help with
Flat-pack furniture turns up in nearly every Brisbane rental and new build, and it's one of the jobs I get called out for most. Whether it's a single PAX wardrobe or a whole run of laundry cabinets, I go through it properly rather than rushing the last few screws.
- IKEA and flat-pack furniture: PAX wardrobes, beds, drawers, desks, bookcases, outdoor furniture and kids' play equipment
- Anchoring tall furniture to the wall so it can't tip
- Individual pre-fab and flat-pack cabinets: wall cabinets, laundry or garage storage, freestanding units
- Garden shed kits and raised garden bed kits
- Packaging and offcuts flattened and taken away
If you've already started and hit a wall, that's fine too. I'm happy to pick up a half-built wardrobe, check what's gone in so far and fix any steps that were skipped. For bigger orders, like a full bedroom or a home office, send me the product names or a photo of the boxes and I can give you an accurate fixed price.
How I do it
- I read the instructions properly before I pick up a tool, old lab habit.
- Parts get checked against the list before I start, so nothing holds up the job halfway through.
- Everything is built level and square, not just “good enough”.
- Tall pieces get anchored to the wall. Cardboard and offcuts get flattened and taken with me.

Most flat-pack jobs suit a fixed price once I know what's being built and roughly how many pieces. The price is agreed with you before I start. How pricing works.

Good to know
Individual pre-fab cabinets are no problem: wall cabinets, laundry storage, garage storage and the like. If you're planning a full new kitchen, I can recommend a good kitchen installer.
