What I can help with

A garage that's slowly filled up over a few years can feel like a bigger job than it actually is. Most clean-outs take a single day once we've agreed what's staying and what's going.

• Sorting into keep, donate and dump, with you or to your instructions
• Loading and disposal, tip fees included in your quote
• A sweep-out once everything's gone
• Flat-pack shelving assembly afterwards, to keep it organised
• Small shed and under-house clean-outs

You don't need to have everything sorted before I arrive. We can work through it together, or you can leave me a list and I'll set aside anything I'm unsure about for you to check. Items in good condition can go to a local op shop or charity rather than landfill, and metal and cardboard get recycled where possible. If you're preparing for a move, a sale or just want to fit the car back in, tell me your deadline and I'll plan the day around it.

Good to know

Old chemicals, paint tins and gas bottles can't go out with general rubbish, so I'll set them aside and tell you the right council drop-off (a habit from the lab). Anything that might be asbestos gets left well alone for a specialist.
