What I can help with
A tidy lawn makes the whole front of a house look cared for, and it's one of the easiest things to fall behind on. I do one-off tidy-ups before an inspection or sale, and regular visits for people who'd rather not think about it.

Tell me how you like it kept, whether that's a shorter cut through summer or a little longer in the dry months, and I'll stick to it on every visit. If you're not home, I can work around locked gates and pets as long as we sort out access beforehand.
South-east Queensland is inside the fire ant biosecurity zone, so I keep an eye out while I'm mowing and edging. If I spot a suspected fire ant nest, I'll show you and help you report it to the National Fire Ant Eradication Program, as Queensland law requires within 24 hours. How I do it
- I keep a consistent cutting height so the lawn grows back even, not scalped in patches.
- Edges are cut clean along paths, driveways and garden beds.
- Clippings are blown off paths and hard surfaces before I leave.
- If I notice anything odd while I'm out there, drainage, pests, a fence coming loose, I'll mention it.

Regular fortnightly or monthly visits can usually be quoted as a fixed price once I've seen the yard. The price is agreed with you before I start. How pricing works.

Good to know
Hedges and shrubs are no trouble, and regular visits keep them from getting away on you. For tree felling or big lopping jobs, I can put you onto a good arborist.
