What I can help with
Concrete, pavers and timber all pick up grime differently in Brisbane's climate, and blasting everything at full pressure can do more harm than good. I match the pressure and nozzle to what I'm actually cleaning.

Driveways and paths are the most common request. Brisbane's humidity means mould, algae and tyre marks build up faster than most people expect, and a slippery path is a safety issue as well as an eyesore. If you're getting a place ready for sale or the end of a lease, washing the driveway, paths and patio is one of the quickest ways to lift how it looks from the street. Timber decks and fences get a lower pressure and a wider spray so the grain isn't furred up or gouged.
How I do it
- I test the pressure on a small, inconspicuous area first, a habit from the lab that carries over well here.
- The nozzle and pressure are matched to the surface, concrete is not the same as timber or render.
- Plants, doors and windows are protected before I start.
- I'm mindful of where the runoff goes, especially near garden beds and drains.
